Job Title: BIM Modeller / Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring consistent BIM model monitoring and updates.
Creating content, such as parametric, formula, nested, and type catalogues.
Collaborating with vendors to download and update content according to company standards.
Managing BIM models and BIM database.
Providing visual (VDC) as support for construction works.
Generating walkthrough animations for visual verification.
Conducting clash detection using software like Navisworks or similar tools.
Participating in the development of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to produce BIM Models.
Editing AutoCAD/MicroStation 2D engineering drawings, adhering to established specifications and standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

A degree or diploma in Engineering or an equivalent qualification
Minimum of 4 years of BIM experience
BCA certification will be advantageous
Familiarity with BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Bentley, and MS Office
Proficient in BIM 4D, 5D, 6D
